The Library's Role in the School:
The library is central to the instructional program at Adolfo Camarillo High School (ACHS). The school serves grades nine through twelve. The majority of our students are enrolled in college preparatory courses. Students achieve SAT scores well above state, national, and district averages.
The library seeks to promote and increase student achievement, aligning with the curriculum by:
- providing access to current resources and the latest information technology
- enhancing student competency with information skills(ability to access, organize and interpret information
- introducing students to telecommunications as a means of information retrieval
